Mum, wife, creative, storyteller, lover of a good adventure and a builders cup of tea.
I've always been someone who's curious, creative, and willing to say yes to new opportunities. Looking back, that curiosity has taken me on quite a journey.
Over the years I've been fortunate enough to build a career that's taken me in lots of different directions, each one shaping the way I work today.
I started my career in education, where I became the world's first Welsh-speaking LEGO® Education trainer, helping schools use digital technology and creativity to bring learning to life.
From there, my passion for bringing people together led me into events. I've planned and delivered everything from intimate community events to large scale conferences, 6,000 person multi-distance running events and a 24-hour fundraising spinathon. Along the way, I've helped raise over £1 million for charity through events that have brought thousands of people together for a shared purpose.
As my career evolved, so did my love for storytelling. I've worked across marketing, social media and content creation, helping businesses, charities and brands share their message in ways that feel authentic, engaging and memorable.
Photography and videography have opened even more doors, taking me from capturing local businesses here in South Wales to photographing events internationally. Whether I'm documenting a conference, creating content for a brand, or capturing the atmosphere of a once in a lifetime event, I approach every project with the same curiosity, creativity and attention to detail.
Every chapter has taught me something different, but they've all had one thing in common: people.
Their stories. Their businesses. Their milestones. Their passions.
And that's what has always inspired me.

What started as a creative outlet soon became something much bigger. I realised I didn't just love taking photographs, I loved helping people tell their story.
Today, that story might be told through photography, documentary-style video, or social media content. Whatever the medium, my approach stays the same: creating something that feels genuine, reflects who you are, and leaves a lasting impression.
I love working with businesses to bring their brand to life...capturing events as they naturally unfold, showcasing products and spaces, and creating content that people genuinely connect with. I believe the best content doesn't need to feel over-produced, it just needs to feel real.
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me with my family, cheering on my daughter in whatever adventure she's currently obsessed with, planning my next challenge, or sitting with a cuppa and a notebook full of ideas.
Moments by Josie was born from a love of creativity, connection and storytelling, bringing together everything I've learned throughout my career into one place.
Whether I'm creating content for a brand, capturing a milestone worth celebrating, or documenting the little moments that make up everyday life, my goal is always the same: to create work that feels authentic, meaningful and unmistakably you.
Because long after the day is over, the campaign has finished, or the event has packed away, it's the moments we remember.
